What Does This MRI Report Showing Mucosal Thickening Indicate?

My MRI says, Mucosal thickening/retention cysts are seen at the inferior aspects of the sphenoid sinus as well as the left maxillary sinus. Tornwaldt cyst is noted in the nasopharynx. Sphenoid and maxillary sinus retention cysts noted incidentally/ What does it mean? I have headaches, I am tired all the time, scattered thoughts and my little sister just dies of brain cancer. Everyone on my mother s side died of mouth, breast and leg cancer...
