There are mild diffuse disc bulging at lower lumbar spinal levels of the vertebral column , which indicates various possible issues as excess weight or body mass index, some sort of arthritis or else. Current guidelines would be:
- Control of body mass index and body weight
- Control of blood sugar and cholesterol levels
- Avoid sudden bending or weight lifting
- Assisted physiotherapy and exercises involving the back
- Analgesic as muscle relaxant, tizanidine or else
- Local application of analgesic spray or ointment containing diclofenac with menthol or else

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
