Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi I had 4 Arthroscopy surgery, and my last one was Aug 18, 2015 and in Feb 8, 2016 I took a bad fall and landed on my knee which is the left one. I have trouble sleeping I had an MRI done and said that I have mild thinning of the cartilage along the mid articular surface on the medial femoral condyle . AND . femoral patellar compartment .Mild subchondral tears the bone surface . And moderately severe loss of cartilage within the central and medial aspect of the patella. And there s small joint space effusion. Also minimal popliteal fossa cyst . So what I want to know is does any of these things mean I am going to need surgery on my left knee again . thanks Laureen
