Hello, I just got my MRI result and I got scared, do I have tumor? Is it malignant? Impression: 1. Isointense nodule in the endometrial cavity possibly endometrial polyp. 2. Fibroids. 3. Right pelvic sidewall lymphadenopathy measuring 1.5 x 1.0 cm and 2.0 x 1.0 cm.

The scan report suggest the possibility of a polyp or a fibroid. both are benign(non cancerous) and nothing to worry in it
