L3-4 level there is a small right intraformaninal focal disc protrusion along with minimal facet joint hypertrophy. No significant central canal narrowing is present. Mild right neural foraminal stenosis is seen. L4-5 level there is bilateral facet join tpertrophy along with a small rifht subarticular zone foca disc protrusion. No significant center canal narrowing is present, however, there is mild right-sided neural foraminal stenosis. L5-s1 level, a small broad-based posterior disc osteophyte complex is present along with superimposed sub articular zone disc protrusion bilaterally. There is bilateral facet joint hypertrophy as well as a small amount of ligamentum flavum thickening. Mild central canal narrowing is present along with moderate left and moderate to severe right-side neural foraminal stenosis. This is my MRI I don t undersand it, is this bad
