I am a 61 year old female. I just had an MRI yesterday. Have not gone over it with my pcp yet. but this is what the study results were: L2-L5 Mild disc bulge more so to the paitents left. This coupled with bilateral ligament of flavum redundancy and right greater than left facet joint arthropathy creates mild central cana stenosis. L5-S1 is shallow degree of central disc protrusions is present causing no significant mass effect upon the descending nerve root sleeves or thecal sac. what will my options be?
