What Does This MRI Report Specify?

Had knee MRI and got report before I go back to dr in a week trying to figure out all questions I wanted to ask....didn't understand some looked lots up but wondering in laymans terms what this means ......complex tearing of the lateral meniscus involving the anterior horn and anterior horn-body junction extending to the root fibers with associated intramensical and intraligamentous ganglion formation longitudinally oriented around theninterdigitating acl fibers and the lateral meniscus root fibers anteriorly. Other things I figures out. I'm 56 had total medial meniscus out when I was 11. Dr. Did tell me before the MRI I have arthritis borne on bone. Use to walk 3 miles every day till this pain began quickly.
