It says L4-L5 3mm left intra foraminal and far lateral disc bulge L5-S1 normal disc height with decreased signal. 3mm broad based right paracentral disk protrusion and annular tear abutting the descending right S1 nerve without spinal stenosis or nerve inpingement. I ve had chronic severe and sometimes debilitating lower back pain everyday for 2 and half years associated with sciatica on the left side of my body. I ve had 4 lumbar sprains. Thanks
