What Does This MRI Result Of Cervical Disc Indicate?

Hello Doctor, MRI Report given below, Degenerative cervical disc and cervical canal stenosis. Posterocentral disc hernition with gross ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament at C2-C3, C3-C4 level compressing anterior aspect of cord with focal cord atrophy and myelomalacia/ edema. Posterocentral disc heriation with osteophytic changes at C4-C5, C5-C6, C6-C7 level indending anterior aspect of cord and both exciting nerve roots. Age- 58, Male. Dr. the patient's left side hand and left side leg affected since last 3 months. In rightside no feelings but moment ok. Please Dr how to cure the patient can walk usually, by operation? where?. or not.
