What Does This MRI Result Of Knee Indicate?

My MRI report says I have two well defined modular lesions of approx 1 cm each, in parietal wall subcutaneous in location in left lumbar lesion laterally appearing heterogenously hyper tense on T1W1 T2W2 and hyper intense on STIR images -Differentials include ? neurofibromas/? atypical lipoma - I hv a history of twice having MFH small soft tissue tumours on my left knee near patella in fatty tissue - these developed one after other in a gap of 15 months -these were excised - -what shdbe the treatment now -I don t have any pain in that region of lesions
