What Does This MRI Result Of Spine Indicate?

My MRI results, prominent upper lumbar levoscoliosis which when combined with disc bulging, facet osteoarthropathy, and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy contributes to L1-L2 and L2-L3 right-sided neural foraminal compromise, most pronounced at the L2-L3 level. Borderline L2-L3 mild central canal stenosis,multifactorial in etiology. Mild L5-S1 bilateral neuroforaminal compromise, multifactorial in etiology.
