What Does This MRI Scan For Abdominal Pain And Vomiting Indicate?

My 21 yr son has episodes of vomiting and upper abdominal pain. MRI showed mild diffuse periportal edema, abdominal ascites, possible asymmetric perfusion of left hepatic lobe. His heart rate is low 40 s. He played sports in high school but occasionally swims, plays basketball, lifts weights currently. He is 6 2 and weighs 140 lbs. In the last 1 1/2 year he went from an athletic 180-190 lbs. He has been at 110 lbs at his lowest last year. He cannot eat glutten but has not been diagnosed celiac.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, ascites and hepatic condition may be matter of concern and this need to be further investigated such symptoms could be due to some liver pathology, in my opinion better to see the gastroenterologist, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
