What Does This MRI Test Result For Brain Indicate?

I recently had an MRI with and without contrast. The test result was for impression: minimal areas of elevated T2 signal intensity in the periventricular white matter most compatible with minimal areas of microvascular change or gliosis. No evidence for acute intracranial and abnormality is noted. No evidence for abnormal contrast enhancement of the brain is appreciated. I am a white male my age is 69.What does all this mean?
