Hello,
Welcome and thank you for posting on HCM.
First let me explain your MRI findings.A granuloma devolopes due to a focal inflammation. In your case it is calcified ,which means it was there for a long time. The granuloma may have formed because of inflammation due to a trauma, stroke or a stroke like episode, tumor or focal infection.Since the granuloma is calcified it may denote that it is not active and may shrink over time. The granuloma is a 'Space Occupying Lesion'and the problems you are facing are because of that.If you were my patient I would monitor the activity of the granuloma with repeated CT scans and in the meantime treat you symptomatically. If its proven to be dormant(no increase in size or ahrinkage on repeated scans)i will continue treating you symptomatically.I would also rule out a Cerebro Vascular accident(stroke)or factors rhar may cause a stroke like Hypertension. So i advise you to see a specialist with your MRI report ,get further investigations and treatment accordingly.
Thank you.
