General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

All your problems are due to nerve impingemens on both sides at the spinal level. You need to be under a spinal surgeon's care. After getting the degree of impingement ascertained. You would need very specific treatment like-minded oral or injectable medicines with physiotherapy.

- Local injection with steroids
- Surgery to release the impingement of nerve

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
