What Does This MRI Test Result For Spine Indicate?
I WENT AND HAD A MRI WHAT DOES C3-4 THERE IS A SUBTLE CHRONIC CENTRAL POSTERIOR DISC PROTRUSION WHICH HAS MARGINAL CONTACT WITH THE VETRAL MARGIN OF THE SPINAL CORD. THERE IS A MILD CENTRAL SPINAL STENOSIS. RIGHT UNCOVERTEBRAL HYPERTRPHY CAUSE MILD RIGHT FORAMINAL STENOSIS. I JUST NEED SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN TO ME IF THIS IS A BAD THING , I HAVE MORE PROBLEMS THEN THIS BUT DIDNT REALLY WANT TO RIGHT ALL 3 PAGES OF WHAT I GOT IM MORE CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT THIS PROBLEM MAY BE...?

Hi, The impression of your MRI report says that your backbones' cushion between the 3 and 4 backbones has been compromised and is kind of soggy and running to nearby spaces which are very crucial for your spinal cord and nerves. The reason could range from bad posture to injury. Since you didn't mention any injuries, I think it's because of bad posture or work style. The positive side of this is that a little care and rest to maintain your normal neck position will suffice, unless you're having any tingling in the neck. All other stuff mentioned is the result of the bad backbone cushion( intervertebral disc). Hope this helps.
