sir my wife is suffering from back pain and numbness on left leg on right shoulder,i have mri of lumbar spine mri report shows; posterior disc bulging with annular tear at L4-L5 causing indentation on thecal sac and exiting nerves,posterior disc bulging at L1-L2 andL5-S1 levels causing indentation on thecal sac without compressive element

I understand your concern, the MRI report says that there vertebral disc prolapse of Lumbar spine at 3 places and at L4-L5 junction that prolpase is compressing nerve roots. I hope this Information is helpful, have a nice day and take care.
