Regarding your MRI and Pet scan that demonstrate lobulated mass at the apical region of the right lung with cervical Lymphadenopathy with associated degenerative changes in the cervical spine I will suggest that you have a medical condition called cystic fibrosis
In view of this please see an orthopaedic as well as neurologist specialist for further assessment as well as adequate drug prescription
