Hello,
In the query, you didn't mention your age. Superficial and intermediate squamous epithelial cells are usually seen in the reproductive age group. Parabasal and basal cells are seen in the elderly woman. Background neutrophils is a sign of inflammation or infection.
Burning sensation in the vagina is suggestive of infection. My suggestion is you should take a course of antibiotics along with antihistaminics (anti-allergy) to halt or remove inflammation or infection. Please consult a gynecologist for further opinion and antibiotic course.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Siddartha
