What Does This PCOD Test Result Mean?

I have started snoring in the last year and it must stop. I have put myself on the couch so my husband can sleep and it is not good! It is also embarrassing being a woman. I think it is in my throat because I will wake up and my throat is sore in the night.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

You will be surprised to learn that it is normal for women to snore, almost 6 in every 10 women snore, and out of those 6 at least 1 woman snores louder than an average snoring man would.

So don't feel insecure about it, it is mostly to do with the position you are sleeping in, your pillow, and also your sinuses. I am sure your husband will not love you any less if you do so. But you can also consult an ENT specialist for any further help if you really need it.

Best wishes.
