I am 40 year male TMT report shows as Patient could exercise for 05 minutes and 03 seconds of the Bruce Protocol and achieved a workload of 09 mets.He attained a peak heart rate of 176 beats/minutes which is 97% of the predicted maximum.The exercise was terminated owing to fatigue and attainment of THR.There was no classical angina.Clinically the blood pressure responce was normal (BP 130/80 mmHG) and there was no. S3 and S4 gallop in the recovery period.In the pre exercise there was no significant ST segment change.At peak exercise there aws ST-Segment depression -1.40 to -1.55in lead II,III-in Avf in lead -1.30 to -1.65 in V3-V-V4-V5 and V6.Impression:Mild Positive for reversible ischaemia.
