Dynamic ST changes in ECG (v4 to v6) in a stress test is often a sign of myocardial ischemia, of which coronary insufficiency is a major cause.
A stress test, also called an exercise stress test, shows how your heart works during physical activity. An ECG records these electrical signals and can help detect irregularities in your heart's rhythm and structure.
A stress test is recommended if you have signs or symptoms of coronary artery disease or an irregular heart rhythm. A periodic cardiologist visit is recommended.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
