What Does This TSH Level For Hypothyroidism Indicate?

Sir ,I am suffering from hypothroidism since i was of age of 5year,,,and now my present age is 20,..my tsh level 175. ... Pleae help me sir. My height is 5 3inch .i am very sad and my height creates a lot of problems,in my daily life...please sir anyone help me

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The value of TSH of 175 what you have posted is very vague.
Normal range for TSH is 0.3 - 3.04 mIU/L.
Since you have not posted the proper history and complete thyroid function test report, it is difficult to interpret and advise.
If you are worried about height problem, 5 feet 3 inch is a pretty good height what you are having. Since you are 20 years, the growth of long bones would be complete and no more growth is possible by natural means.
If needed, you can get it done by surgical means by an operation called 'Ilizarov technique'. It should be performed by a good Orthopedic surgeon and might take about 6 to 8 months to achieve appreciable results.
Hope you would re-post your complaints properly so that your problem could be addressed well.
