What Does This TVS UTZ Report Mean?

i have a recent TVS UTZ results and i just can't seem to understand what does it means.
UTERUS measures (10.3x4.8x5cm (transabdominally) and demonstrates homogeneous echotexture.
There are couple posterior myometrial lesions measuring 2.8x2.7cm and 1.5x1.4cm respectively...WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
the endometrial stripe measures 6.5cm in thickness
the RIGHT OVARY measures 3.1x1.6x1.9cm and appears within normal limits.
the LEFT OVARY measures 2.7x1.7x1.7cm and appears within normal limitrs
the are few NABOTHIAN CYST...what does this mean???

There are few myometrial lesions in the posterior region of uterus and it measures 2.8x2.7cm and 1.5x1.4cm most probably due to uterine fibroids.
Treatment modality is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc.
Probably endometrial thickness is typed wrongly,mentioned value must be in mm otherwise if it is 6.5 cm then it need further investigation for thickened endometrium.
Nabothian cysts are developmental cysts in the cervix and it doesn't require any treatment.
