What Does This TVS Report Indicate?

Dear Doctor, please can you tell me the results for trans abdominan and vaginal ultrasonography

retroverted uterus (96*51*43mm) with homogenous myometrial echogenicity

endometrium: 23.1mm thickened. multiple tiny cystic lesions seen in the endometrium.

right ovary: shows cystic lesion 2.9*2.8 cm.No obvious internal echoes seen within the cyst.

Left overy: Normal (27*17mm)

Both adnexae appear normal
