hello doctor i am having five month pregnancy but as per my tripal marker report their is an neural tube defect in my baby high risk upto 1.50. so my gynecologist suggest me the abortion and told me that the baby will be abnormal today is my abortion she told me to take misoprost 200 mg (cipla) tablet for abortion is the medicine is having any side effects

triple test which includes estimation of hormonal levels of alpha feto protein,bhcg, estriol.. You have abnormal tests therefore you are at high risk for having a baby with neural tube defects. So your doctor has advised misoprost for termination of the pregnancy. I advise you to take the drug and get follow up scan to see for any remnants.
