As per my surgical experience, the USG report of uterus is indicative of very large uterine fibroid. Usually the smaller fibroids can be easily excised via laparoscopic approach with preservation of fertility aspects for future pregnancies.
However, that is not the case when the fibroid is much larger and uterus is grossly deformed via compression of the same altering the tissue architecture to great extent. There are no medicinal cure for this large tumor and one has to decide the surgical option at earliest as possible to avoid further complications by that.
Do discuss the possibilities of saving the uterus for future fertility purpose with your treating OBGYN before any procedures.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
