What Does This Ultrasonography Test Result Mean?

Uterus - L-8.4, AP-4.2cm, width -4.4cm,anteverted in position and myometrium is uniform in echogenicity. Endometrial thickness is-6MM. Cervical region is hypertrophic, which represent ch.cervicitis. This is my Ultrasonography report. Really I have a bulky uterus.
