Welcome to health care magic.

1.The x-ray shows that there are infiltrated in the both upper lobes.
2.The infiltrates can be either infective / inflammatory condition of the lung.
3.The suspicion of PTB comes because that is the most common location for the infection.
4.The AFB says negative so possibly pneumonic patch, which can be treated.
5.After a course of antibiotic a repeat x-ray to see the status will be helpful.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
