What Does This X-ray Finding Indicate?

My radiology report is as follows: Hyperinflation compatible with copd with chronic appearing interstitial markings. New infiltrate in left inferior hilar region not seen 2010. There is chronic biapical pleural thickening but no pneumothorax or pleural fluid. Can you please explain what this means and what treatments if any are available to me. Thank you very much for your help.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the time, in this form just reports are being given and not the clinical symptoms and sign for which test done, here also you have not given the clinical symptoms, because such reports need to be correlate with the clinical condition else this could be considered and normal one and some time may be due to some old disease condition of lungs, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
