What Does This X Ray Report And Blood Test Report Indicate?

suddenly i started a pain in right knee while simple walking on date 06.03.2014. gone for X-ray and MRI. X-ray report:- osteoarthirts, MRI report:- osteochondral defect in medial facet of patella, osteophytosis of tibil, femoral condyle and patella, altered signal from medial meniscus ( posterior horn), Blood reports :- normal, presently taking medicine ORCERIN GM since last two months, stll getting pain while walking and thete is permanent swelling in right knee, in addition to this Taking regular medicine TELSArTAN-40 Mg for BP and ECOSPRIN-AV -75 MG for LIPID, age 53 yers, santosh kumar, Delhi, india.

X-ray report says osteoarthritis. It's a diagnosis, not a finding. So it is self-explanatory.
MRI shows findings consistent with osteoarthritis. Signal change in posterior horn in medial meniscus is also a sign of degeneration (age-related wear and tear). It is not a tear otherwise I am sure the radiologist would have mentioned it. Osteophytes and chondral defects are all signs of osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis can cause chronic knee pain and swelling.
If you are having persistent problem, please consult your orthopedic surgeon for further management.
