Right costophrenic sulcus blunted properly due to pleural thickening
Hello, welcome here. Xray report indicates, patient is having TB. There is more fluid collection below the left lung which is due to infection. The area infected by the TB in the midlle of the left lung, soft texture of the lungs have converted to calcified area due to calcuim deposition. So that area cannot be used for breathing. There is also wall thickening in the big artery (aorta)running acrossthe thorax. Also there is thickening of the covering of right lung Which may be due to spreading of infection.
