General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems to be almost normal Chest X-ray but ILD or pulmonary fibrosis may have normal X-ray however HRCT chest and pulmonary function tests can be diagnostic and shows disease progression. Meanwhile continue current medications.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
