What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

I can t understand my follow up x-ray. Can you please explain it to me if it has improvements? my x-ray shows FINDINGS : significant interval regression of the hazy densities in both upper lobes. My heart is not enlarged, Trachea is midline. The Bilateral hemidiaphragms and costophrenis sulci are intact and the visualized osseous and soft tissue structures are unremarkable. IMPRESSION: Pulmonary tuberculosis, both upper lobes in regression

Thanks for posting on HCM
In an appropriate clinical setting, a chest x-ray may be used to diagnose pulmonary tuberculosis. However, the radiologic presentation may be confusing at times with a pneumonia especially in primary pulmonary tuberculosis.I will advise you see the Doctor for a sputum exam before concluding.
