General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data like age, gender, purpose of doing chest x-ray, any associated medical problem???

The chest x-ray report is suggestive of tuberculosis infection of the lungs.

Kindly consult a physician for further evaluation and certain lab tests such as CBC, ESR, Sputum for acid fast bacilli (AFB), and others to confirm the diagnosis and to start treatment.

Your treating doctor will issue the medical report based on the lab tests.

Hope this answers your query.

Best wishes.
