Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
NO FOCAL CONSOLIDATION AND NO ACUTE CARDIOPULMONARY PATHOLOGY IDENTIFIED. MINIMAL APICAL PLEURAL THICKENING AND CHRONIC‑APPEARING POST‑INFECTOUS/POST‑INFLAMMATORY CHANGES/SCANTY FIBROSIS IN THE LEFT APEX...this is the result of my xray. Do a I am fit to work?
I understand your concern and anxiety about the x-ray chest reports. Firstly to assure you I would like to say that you are perfectly alright with regards to your lung condition. That apical thickening referred in the report indicates a past infection which got healed. It is not too significant now. If your other biological and physical tests are too normal then you will certainly fit to do work.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Suhas Chauhan
