General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern and anxiety about the x-ray chest reports. Firstly to assure you I would like to say that you are perfectly alright with regards to your lung condition. That apical thickening referred in the report indicates a past infection which got healed. It is not too significant now. If your other biological and physical tests are too normal then you will certainly fit to do work.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suhas Chauhan
