Hello, Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic! I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns. As per your report you have a harmless clinical condition called hypoplastic frontal sinus. It is not a big deal and you don't need to worry regarding this. Hypoplastic frontal sinus is a clinical condition in which your frontal sinus(Air filled hollow areas in your face) is under developed. This is generally an asymptomatic condition and approximately 10% of adults will have hypoplastic frontal sinuses as a normal variant and almost always with no consequences. All other features are normal and no findings of sinusitis( inflammation of sinuses ) is there. As of now you don't require any treatment. If you have any symptoms like head ache, nasal obstruction kindly consult an ENT specialist for detailed evaluation. Hope I have answered your query. Wishing you good health.
Regards. Dr.Shinas Hussain
