What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

r hi gud morning dr. please discuss this about my x-ray what the meaning of that.frontal sinus is hypoplastic. the rest of the paranasal sinuses are normal developed and aerated without showing any evidence of pathology.no abnormal bone reaction nor airfluid level is seen. IMPRESSION: HYPOPLASTIC FRONTAL SINUS

I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
As per your report you have a harmless clinical condition called hypoplastic frontal sinus. It is not a big deal and you don't need to worry regarding this.
Hypoplastic frontal sinus is a clinical condition in which your frontal sinus(Air filled hollow areas in your face) is under developed.
This is generally an asymptomatic condition and approximately 10% of adults will have hypoplastic frontal sinuses as a normal variant and almost always with no consequences.
All other features are normal and no findings of sinusitis( inflammation of sinuses ) is there.
As of now you don't require any treatment. If you have any symptoms like head ache,nasal obstruction kindly consult an ENT specialist for detailed evaluation.
