What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

My previous x-ray submitted for comparison with the recent x-ray.. and it says I here is interval clearing of the previously noted right upper lobe densities, now with minimal reticular and fibrotic densities demonstrated and no new frank vascular infiltrates observed.. I just want to ask if I still have PTB?

Radiologist 's  Response
How old is your previous Xray? If it is reacently 2-3 moths old than it means that radiologically speaking you have a strong improvement but you have to do follow ups, because some residual findings are still there, by which we cannot be 100% that you have fully recovered.
