What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer P0 stage 1 and right radical mastectomy was performed last June(2016). After that she had a 6 cycle chemo which was completed in Nov 16. she is now leading a normal and active life. During the routine quarterly checkup she had undergone chest X-ray and abdominal ultrasound. While the Ultrasound report is normal the chest X-ray says 1.Atheromatous aorta 2. mild increased vascular markings in bilateral lungs. does these findings have anything to do with occurrence or Metastasis of breast cancer ? kindly advise.
