What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

Hi! Ia m Irene. I want to ask if what is the meaning if the xray result is like this. FIBROTIC AND HAZY DENSITIES ARE SEEN IN BOTH UPPER LOBES WITH MEDIASTINAL SHIFT TO THE RIGHT. THE HEART IS NOT LARGE. AORTA IS CALCIFIED. DIAOHRAM IS LOW AND FLATTENED. OSTEOPHYTES AND SYNDESMOPHYTES ARE SEEN.. Is it a possible Tuberculosis? Please do answer because that is the result of my father s xray. Thank you and God bless!

tuberculosis does show fibrotic shadowing in upper zones but this finding needs to be complimented with blood tests and sputum cultures to make a definite diagnosis.
