What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

Good morning Dr. I have a big broblem in my x-ray result, becuse the empression that i have FIBROSIS IN BOTH PARACARDIAC REGIONS/LUNG BASES. This is Harmful to the people around me?and the company is have reason to purse resign in my work?please help me.Thank you and God bless.

hiii.welcome to our site.i have gone through your reports.fibrosis means normal lung tissue is replaced by abnormal tissue.it can be due to TB,industrial diseases etc.,if you are working in a chemical factory,the chemicals present there may cause this disease.main treatment is reduce the exposure from such chemicals.you can consult with your physician for further follow up.thank you.
