General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
Chest x-ray findings are suggestive of tuberculosis involving the lungs.
It is not a viral disease but caused by a bacteria called Mycobacterium tuberculosis and this infection spreads through air droplets while sneezing, coughing from an infected person. It is not a serious condition but you are advised to consult your physician for a full course of treatment ( 6 or 9 months) along with a high protein diet and increased intake of fruits and vegetables.
Hope it will work.
