What Does This X-ray Report Signify?

Hi doctor I want to ask about the result of my xray which isminimal fibrohazy infiltrates are noted in the left upper lobe suggestive of ptb of undetermined activity..does it mean that I have ptb already? I have cough for 3 weeks now with yellowish sputum, my throat is itching and I have always clogged nose and feeling that my sinuses are full of phlegm...no signs of weight loss instead I m gaining weight, appetite good no night sweating...my only problem is my cough...I suffered cold 3 weeks ago and has 2 days diarhhea as well...pls what can u suggest that I should do next? N what does my xray means? Thanks

Your signs and symptoms suggest the respiratory tract infection.
X Ray suggest some lesion which can PTB or not. You need to do a sputum test for further evaluation.

You must also consult a pulmonologist for further evaluation. Your symptoms are suggestive of PTB but clinical symptoms seems otherwise.
