What Does This Xray Test Report Of Right Ureter For Severe Abdominal Pain Indicate?
Stuart is a 65 year old retired lawyer. For weeks now he has been having a low grade fever which seems to be going up, severe pain in his lower abdominal region especially lower back, and nausea. He went to his physician who ordered a variety of clinical tests in an effort to figure out the cause of the reported clinical manifestations. Stuart does not have abdominal obstruction nor an infection. But the XRAY showed a whitish spot on his right ureter. 1. What is Stuart ‘s DIAGNOSIS? 2. What would be the suggested TREATMENT? 3. How may this be related to his DIET? 4. Could this be due to an overactive endocrine gland ? explain 5. What is the PROGNOSIS?
After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that pain abdomen can be because of ureteric calculus and you need to consult a urologist for proper treatment. you might require a NCCT KUB and hospitalisation accordingly.
Hopefully this information will guide you properly.
