What Does This Abdominal CT Scan Report Indicate?

I recently had an abdominal ct scan. It came back that I have inflamed small intestine, dilated jejunum and unusual large or upper intestine. Cannot get into specialist til January 13. I m having kaon, tenderness and fullness almost daily. Is this done thing to really be concerned snout? I m making myself crazy thinking the worst!

You have enteritis due to which food ,fluids due to loss of intestinal movements do not pass farword , accumulate and hyperacidity there is dilation of jejunum and upper intestine is dilated . If i have to treat such a patient i will advice ryles tube aspiration , nothing by mouth inj. Cefatrioxone 1gm iv twice a day ,inj. Metronidazole suspention iv twice a day digene gel 2 table spoons four times a day by ryles tube.
