had a MRI w/wo contrast, they found the mass on T2weighted images is heterogenous and decreased in signal Intesity on T1. there is a small air-fluid level appears to be present within the mass. A complex possible infected duodenal diverticulum should be considered. Pancreatic duct is normal. Impression: large nonenhancing probably complex cystic mass in the region of the head of the pancreas and uncinate process A small air-fluid level can be seen within it. and the possibility that this represents a complex cyst or possible duodenal diverticulum is raised. I have no symptoms, except my upper ab hurts sometime, not pain, just discomfort, all blood work cbc.cmp were normal, bilirubin levels normal, the also say I have inlarged common bile duct 15mm, what does all this mean?
