Hi am 31 years old, tis is what i got from a pelvic scan done The uterus appears normal in shape and size and echotecture however thre atre multiple hypoechoic intramural masses noted the largest measuring 13.23x1.04.The ndometrium appears normal. Both ovaries apper normal in shape and tecture.The urinary bladder is well distemed with echo from urine and normal bladder wall thickness. The features are sof minute uterine myomas. So whats next for me what can i do to concieve and keep these fibroids fom growing and do herbal medicines work
