I am a Diabetic and hypertension patient. I got heart attack on 18-03-2011. In Angiogram LMCA : Distal LMCA has 30% Plaquing+
LAD: Ostal LAD Has 80% stenosis followed by 100% thrombotic occulusion in mid segment
after one month 19-04-2011

LEFT VENTRICLE: RWMW+; DYSKINETIC APICAL IVS; THIN AND AKINETIC MID AND APICO ANTERIOR WALL
EDD 5.20cm ESD 4.00 Cm EF 45.00%
IVSD 0.70 cm PWD 1.00 cm
AORTA : 2.8 cm
PERICADRDIUM : TRIVIAL PERICARDIAL EFFUSION
MITRAL: E= 0.8 m/sec A=1.0m/sec EDT - 165m/sec
Aortic: V MAX = 1.3 m/sec
Pulmonary : V MAX = 0.7 m/sec
remaining report are normal
WHAT DOES IT MEAN AND I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER I NEED BY PASS SURGERY or it is curable by medicines
