Name S M Wasi Zaidi Age 66 Years angiography report is: left main CA is normal LAd : proximal LAD with 70%discrete ostial stenosis mild LAD with 70-75% tubular stenosis bifurcation lesion circumflex: proximal artery with 70-75% tubular ostial stenosis bifurcation lesion Right CA Proximal right coronary artery 99% blockage had a NESTMI a week ago diabetic since 25 years insulin dependent suggest if CABg is better or multi vessel CPI

suggestive of triple vessel disease which requires revascularisation either with angioplasty or CABG. Ideally CABG.
