What Does This Below Follicle Study Report Indicate?

Hello Doctor, on 09 day of cycle done Follicle study (TVS) done and report was Rt Ovary - 15.7 mm, Lt. ovary - 10.1 mm and E. thickness - 5,8 mm & on 11th day of cycle there was no increase in size in Rt. ovary, Lt ovary - 15.6 mm and E.thickness now is 7.1 mm. As present I am taking Ovares Tab 3 times a day. please suggest what the report signify

1.The follicular done in infertility and delayed fertility benefit hugely by getting this study done.
2.In this study the growth of the follicle is monitored through ultrasound investigation on a regular basis starting from the 9th-10th day of the start of Menstruation cycle
3.Advised medication and suggest intercourse at the time of rupture for more possibilities to conceive.
4.The follicle size is normal between 13 - 17mm , and endometrium thickness is measured will be increased by the time of proliferative phase.
5.The report appears normal - possibilities of conceiving are there if things done accordingly ( medication and intercourse). Good luck.
